Scott J. Ivy

Mr. Ivy joined the firm’s Litigation Practice Group in 2015. He has represented clients in significant litigation matters in both federal and state trial courts throughout California, and has argued appeals before the California Supreme Court, the California Courts of Appeal, and the United States Court of Appeal for the 9th Circuit. In addition, Mr. Ivy has been selected for inclusion in the Northern California Super Lawyers list every year since 2012.
