Steve Frick started their work experience in 1980 at Somerville Lumber, where they worked in the lumber yard until 1981. Steve then moved on to Russo Contracting, where they worked as a Field Engineer from April 1981 to March 1982. Finally, in March 1982, they joined McCourt Construction Company as the VP of Operations, a position they still hold to this day.
Steve Frick started their education at Southern Maine Vocational Technical Institute from 1977 to 1979, where they obtained an Associates in Applied Science in Building Technology. Steve then went on to pursue a degree in Civil Engineering at the Wentworth Institute of Technology from 1979 to 1981, earning an Associates in Civil Engineering Technology.
