Trevor McCourt has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Trevor started their career in 2005 as a Senior Consultant at Navigant and worked there until 2007. In 2007, Trevor worked as a Micro-finance Consultant for TechnoServe in Mozambique, where they developed a business plan for a coconut processing facility. In 2008, Trevor joined McCourt Construction Company as an Office Engineer and gradually progressed to roles such as Superintendent, Project Manager, and eventually Vice President in December 2015. In 2016, they became a Member of the Board of Directors at Construction Industries of Massachusetts, Inc. Trevor later served as Treasurer from 2017 to 2018 and became Chairman of the Board from 2019 to 2020.
From 2001 to 2005, Trevor McCourt attended Boston College, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance.
