Hayley Mitchell is a legal professional with extensive experience in succession law and estate planning. Currently serving as a Partner at McCullough Robertson since April 2025, Hayley is also an SMSF Specialist Adviser with the SMSF Association and an Accredited Specialist in Succession Law with the Queensland Law Society, both positions held since 2020. Previous experience includes roles as Partner, Special Counsel, Senior Associate, and Associate at Cooper Grace Ward from August 2015 to April 2025, and Associate at Worrall Lawyers from November 2010 to June 2015. Hayley was also a Committee Member for the STEP QLD Branch from January 2018 to December 2020. Hayley holds a Tasmanian Legal Practice Course degree from the University of Tasmania and a B.Com LL.B. in Law from the same institution.
