Joel Scipio

Joel Scipio currently serves as the Vice President and General Manager of Rotating Equipment Products at MCE - Motion & Control Enterprises, LLC since February 2024. Prior to this role, Joel held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing at Grow Ohio from November 2020 to February 2024, and worked at FCX Performance in various capacities, including Director of Operations and Sales Manager, from September 2016 to November 2020. Joel began their career at FCX Performance as an Account Manager from February 2011 to September 2015 and had earlier experience as a Strength and Conditioning Intern for football at The Ohio State University from January 2010 to January 2011, as well as serving as a Valve Technician at FCX Performance from May 2005 to January 2010. Joel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from Ohio University, where studies were completed between 2006 and 2009, and attended the University of Indianapolis from 2005 to 2006.
