Alan John Forster

Alan John Forster currently serves as the Director of Clinical Performance, Transformation, and Innovation at the Centre universitaire de santé McGill and as the McGill University Professor for Health Innovation. Prior to these roles, Alan held various leadership positions at The Ottawa Hospital, including Executive Vice President, Chief Innovation and Quality Officer, and Vice President of Innovation and Quality. Alan's academic credentials include a Doctor of Medicine degree and an Internal Medicine Residency from the University of Ottawa, as well as a Master of Science in Epidemiology from the same institution. Advanced training was completed at Harvard Medical School.
