Kathy MacLean

Kathy MacLean has extensive experience in communications and planning at the Macdonald Campus of McGill University, where Kathy has served as Manager of Communications and Planning since August 1988, focusing on enhancing the Faculty’s academic reputation and stakeholder engagement. Kathy conducted a comprehensive review of communications within the Faculty and oversaw student projects aimed at improving communication flows. Additionally, Kathy managed the "Strategic Positioning of the Macdonald Campus" project, coordinating with various partners to establish the campus as an international center for applied biosciences. Prior roles include providing support to the Dean on academic staff policies and faculty administration. Kathy holds a B.Sc. in Agricultural Economics, a Certificate in Proficiency in French, and a Professional Development Certificate in Digital Content & Community Management from McGill University.
