Manon van der Puijl

Manon Van der Puijl serves as the Manager of IT Change Management and previously held the role of IT Change Management Advisor at McGill University since April 2017. Prior to this, Manon specialized in Change Management at Resolute Forest Products from May 2015 to March 2017 and held multiple roles at Bombardier Aerospace from 2001 to May 2015, including IT Project Integrator and IT Change Management Integrator. Manon's expertise lies in strategic interventions related to governance, communication, and training to enhance business engagement during IT application deployments, as well as leading SAP deployments with a focus on training and overall Change Management. Manon earned a Bachelor’s degree in European Studies from the University of Amsterdam from 1990 to 1995 and completed high school at Coornhert Gymnasium.
