Luke C. Holst is a seasoned Patent & Trademark Attorney and Shareholder at McGrath North Mullin & Kratz since February 2015, focusing on intellectual property and litigation. Previously, Luke served as a Patent Attorney at McKee, Voorhees & Sease, PLC, where responsibilities included patent prosecution and litigation across various technologies. Legal experience also includes a role as Judicial Clerk for Judge Mark W. Bennett, a Patent Examiner at the USPTO specializing in medical devices, and Legislative Counsel in the U.S. House of Representatives. Luke holds a Juris Doctor degree in Intellectual Property Law from Creighton University School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Iowa State University.
