Smita Conjeevaram

Smita Conjeevaram was elected a director of the Company in January 2021. A non-management director identified Ms. Conjeevaram as a director nominee and presented such nomination to the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee as a highly qualified candidate who brings relevant experience and diverse perspectives to the Board. Ms. Conjeevaram previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Credit Hedge Funds & Deputy Chief Financial Officer of the Credit Funds for Fortress Investment Group LLC from 2010 to 2013. She also previously served as Chief Financial Officer for Everquest Financial LLC, Strategic Value Partners, LLC, ESL Investments, Inc., and Sentinel Advisors, LLC. She is a CPA with experience at Price Waterhouse as Manager, International Tax - Financial Services Group, and at Ernst & Young as Senior, General Tax. An experienced independent director and audit committee member, Ms. Conjeevaram serves on the board of SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: SSNC), SkyWest, Inc. (NASDAQ: SKYW), and WisdomTree Investments, Inc. (NASDAQ: WETF). Ms. Conjeevaram has a B.S., Accounting and Business Administration, Magna Cum Laude, from Butler University, Indianapolis, Indiana, and a B.A., Economics from Ethiraj College, Madras, India. Ms. Conjeevaram’s leadership in the financial industry as well as her accounting and compliance background brings significant and valuable experience to the Board of Directors.
