Kaylee Houde

Kaylee Houde, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education, career coaching, and human resources. Currently serving as a Learning Specialist at McGraw Hill since April 2019, Kaylee has held several key roles within the company, including Learning Technology Representative, Marketing Manager, and Account Manager, where efforts contributed to the success of various educational products. Prior to McGraw Hill, Kaylee founded KH Career Coaching, offering personalized career coaching and achieving significant recognition. Kaylee has also worked as a Sessional Instructor at the University of Calgary, a Career Preparation Instructor at Robertson College, and held various HR roles at Canadian Natural Resources Limited, Shell, PepsiCo, and Imperial Oil. Additionally, Kaylee holds an MBA in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources from the University of British Columbia, complemented by a Life Coaching Certification from Erickson Coaching International.
