Renee Keen is CEO, McGriff Small Business and Personal. Keen leads McGriff’s National Personal Lines and Small Business Practices, as well the McGriff Sales Center, agency distribution of Personal Lines, and the Family Risk Management Practice.
Keen began her career with Beam, Cooper, Gainey and Associates in 1986. She served as manager of the Claims Department until 1993 when her responsibilities shifted to wholesale marketing and product development for bank-related and CAT-prone products. She joined McGriff in 1999 when it acquired Beam, Cooper, Gainey and wholesale arm NXS.
Keen earned her bachelor’s degree from Meredith College and is a graduate of the Appalachian State University Executive Insurance program.
