Michael Hüsler was appointed Group Chief Financial Officer (Group CFO) of the MCH Group on January 15, 2021. He has extensive management experience at senior management level and particularly in the areas of investor relations, M&A transactions and restructuring. Michael Hüsler studied economics in Basel and graduated as an IFRS accountant from the Controller Academy in Zurich. He began his professional career in auditing at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and then as Head of Corporate Controlling at Straumann Holding AG. In 2005 he moved to Bachem Holding AG as Group CFO. From 2009 to 2017 he was Group CFO of Siegfried Holding AG: He has been Group CFO of Habasit International AG since 2017, where he was also responsible for the Legal and IT departments in his role as CFO.
