McIntire Investment Institute
Michael Kodsi is currently an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Bank of America, having started in June 2024. In addition, Michael serves as a Software Engineer Intern at gravityAI since June 2022 and holds the position of Associate at the McIntire Investment Institute, where activities include managing a long/short equity investment fund with over $800,000 AUM. Previously, Michael founded SipsNow, a high school internship search engine that successfully connected over 5,000 users with internship opportunities across the United States. Michael is pursuing dual Bachelor's degrees in Finance and Computer Science at the University of Virginia, expected to graduate in May 2025, and graduated from Atholton High School in 2021.

McIntire Investment Institute
The McIntire Investment Institute (MII) is an entirely student-run, long/short equity fund with approximately $1 million AUM at the University of Virginia. Founded in 1994 by an endowment established by "Tiger Cub" John Griffin of Blue Ridge Capital, our Institute operates as a non-profit under the McIntire Foundation. We employ a fundamental, value-oriented investment strategy. MII strives to help its members find their passion related to business through mentorship, education, and an introduction to the professional world.
