Dustin Matthews is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, sales, and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Sales Specialist and also holding the positions of Director of Operations, Safety Manager, and Quality Assurance Manager at McIntosh Box & Pallet since February 2016, Dustin previously worked at CHEP from January 2012 to February 2016 as a Service Center Manager and Plant Supervisor. Prior to that, Dustin served as a Machinery Technician in the U.S. Coast Guard from November 2009 to November 2021. Additional experience includes roles as a Repair Technician at McIntosh Box & Pallet from August 2010 to January 2012 and as a Facilities Supervisor for the City of South Portland between June 2008 and September 2011.
