Andre Brown is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in contract administration and project management. Currently serving as a Contract Administrator and Senior Construction Site Inspector at McIntosh Perry since 2013, Andre has demonstrated expertise in site inspections, quality control, documentation, and compliance with construction standards and regulations. Previous roles include Construction Project Manager at Defence Construction Canada, where Andre transformed operational frameworks and enhanced service delivery, as well as Assistant Project Manager at Harmer Podolak Engineering Consultants, where responsibilities encompassed structural inspections and engineering design. Andre holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of the West Indies, underscoring a strong educational foundation in the field.
