Leone Baron serves as the Head of Community and Talent at MCJ since May 2022, leading initiatives in membership, talent, and events, and previously held the role of Community Lead, expanding the community to over 3,500 members and overseeing 160 events in a year. As the Founder and Co-Editor of Following the Footprints, Leone is focused on enhancing sustainability in consumer goods through content and community engagement. Additional roles include Advisor for College to Climate and former positions as Community Lead at MadeFrom, Co-Founder of Kintro, and Operations Co-Founder at Soteria Robotics, where Leone received the Sainsbury Management Fellows' award. Leone's educational background includes a BASc in Arts and Sciences from UCL.
