Yin Lu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and investment across various sectors. Currently serving as a Partner at MCJ since December 2021, Yin Lu focuses on energy transition and climate resilience. In addition, Yin Lu holds the titles of Operator in Residence and Board Member at PartnerHero, while mentoring within the climate stream at Creative Destruction Lab. Previous roles include Director at the Sheryl Sandberg & Dave Goldberg Family Foundation, Managing Director for International at Khan Academy, and Director of Marketing & Growth at Coursera, among others. Yin Lu co-founded Achieve!, a college preparation service, and has contributed to program management at Google and marketing initiatives at Microsoft. Yin Lu earned a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Urban Studies from UCLA.
