Previously, Richard held the position of Chief Engineer at Canship Ugland Ltd, where supervision of engine room personnel and management of maintenance programs were key responsibilities. Experience includes roles as Engine Room Operator at Seadrill Careers, 2nd Engineer at Rigel Shipping Canada Inc., and 3rd/4th Engineer at Upper Lakes Shipping, demonstrating a comprehensive skill set in engine room management and operations. Educational qualifications include a recently completed Masters Certificate in Project Management from the Schulich School of Business - York University and a Marine Diesel Diploma from the Fisheries and Marine Institute of Memorial University of Newfoundland.
