Angie Switzer

Angie Switzer is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in managing technology services and teams across various organizations. Currently serving as a Business Engagement Leader and Sr. Director of IT Service Management at McKesson since March 2019, Angie has spearheaded the implementation of global ITSM technology, establishing standards for incident, problem, and change management. Prior to this role, Angie held various leadership positions at McKesson Canada, including Sr. IT Manager for Regional Infrastructure Shared Services, and at Ryder Supply Chain Solutions, where Angie was responsible for IT operations for significant consumer packaged goods clients. Angie's career began at Loblaw Companies, where management of all online services for the company’s websites involved overseeing a team of IT professionals to ensure the effective support of business applications.
