Dearcy Vaughan

DeArcy Vaughan serves as the Vice President of Pharmacy Retail Operations at McKesson, overseeing 1,200 Health Mart independent pharmacy locations across the Southeastern United States since August 2022. Prior experience includes significant roles at UnitedHealthcare, where Vaughan was the National Vice President of Clinical Programs, managing clinical initiatives related to eye health and wellness and leading Medicare Part D strategies for 2.2 million members. Additional experience includes positions at Northeast Florida Area Health Education Centers, the University of Florida College of Pharmacy, and Walgreens, contributing to clinical pharmacy services and education. DeArcy Vaughan holds both a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Florida.
