Julien Gagnon

Julien Gagnon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at McKinsey & Company, where responsibilities have included roles from Junior Associate to Partner since November 2016. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Researcher and Consultant at the University of Oxford, Desjardins International Development, and NYÈSIGISO, as well as holding the position of President of the Youth Wing for the Parti Libéral du Québec from September 2008 to September 2010. Julien Gagnon holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics from the University of Cambridge, a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Development Economics from the University of Oxford, a Master's Degree in Economics from Université de Montréal, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) with Honors in Economics from the same institution.
