Nicholas Padgett

Nicholas Padgett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy consulting, currently serving as a Partner at McKinsey & Company since November 2017, after previously holding the position of Associate Partner. Prior to joining McKinsey, Nicholas worked at EY-Parthenon from September 2005 to October 2017 as a Director in Strategy Consulting. Nicholas also gained early experience as an intern at the European Parliament in June 2004. Educationally, Nicholas Padgett attended Queen Elizabeth Grammar School in Wakefield, where notable A-levels in Art, Economics, Spanish, French, and General Studies were achieved. Nicholas furthered academic pursuits at The University of Manchester, earning a degree in International Business Finance and Economics.
