Nicole Edwards

Nicole Edwards is an Associate at Dechert LLP since March 2022, specializing in Corporate Private Equity. Prior to this, Nicole worked as an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates from April 2020 to February 2022, also focusing on Corporate Private Equity. Nicole's experience includes serving as an Associate at Baker McKenzie from March 2016 to February 2020, where the focus extended to Corporate Private Equity and M&A. Nicole completed a Trainee Solicitor program with various rotations through Corporate and Tax departments, including international secondments to Melbourne and Dubai. Educational qualifications include a Legal Practice Course from BPP Law School, a GDL from The University of Law, and a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Leeds.
