Philip Barber

Philip Barber is a Partner and Senior Implementation Leader at McKinsey & Company, where responsibilities include ensuring impactful client delivery, skill building for sustained performance, and developing the Implementation service line since April 2012. Prior to this, Philip was a Consultant at PwC's PRTM Management Consulting, specializing in the Aerospace and Defence Sector, with expertise in strategic and operational management, logistics, supply chain management, and project management from 2010 to April 2012. Philip served in the British Army from February 1990 to May 2009, achieving the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and being awarded an MBE. Academic qualifications include an MA in Strategic Studies from King's College London, an MSc in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Cranfield School of Management, and leadership training from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
