Victoria Lin

Victoria Lin is currently serving as a Program Associate at Pivotal Ventures, following a 12-month secondment from McKinsey & Company, where Victoria has been a Business Analyst since October 2022. At Pivotal Ventures, an organization founded by Melinda French Gates that focuses on advancing social progress for women in the United States, Victoria contributes to philanthropic initiatives. Prior experience includes a Summer Analyst role at BlackRock, co-founding Outhrive to connect students with Bay Area businesses for pro-bono consulting, interning in Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley, and engaging in business development at Berkeley SkyDeck. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and an International Baccalaureate Bilingual Diploma from the International School of Beijing.
