Micheline James has extensive experience in program and project management, currently serving as Director of Program Management at McKissack since February 2016, where leadership includes overseeing the $1.4 billion Coney Island Hospital Project. Prior roles include Project Manager/Engineer for the Governor’s Office of Storm Recovery, focusing on utilizing $4.4 billion in HUD funding for community recovery efforts, and Project Manager at Nastasi & Associates, performing engineering tasks on large-scale construction projects. Earlier experience includes an administrative role at CJ's Accounting Services, demonstrating strong organizational skills. Micheline holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from The City College of New York.
