Kelly Koman, CPA, has extensive experience in tax preparation, staff training, and compliance within the accounting field. Currently a Senior Manager at McKonly & Asbury since September 2013, Kelly oversees detailed technical reviews of tax returns, develops new employees, and participates in firm activities and committees to ensure adherence to professional standards. Previous roles include Senior Accountant, where tax return preparation and staff training were primary responsibilities, and foundational experience as a Staff Accountant. Before entering the accounting profession, Kelly held a peer tutoring position during studies at Elizabethtown College, where a Bachelor's degree in Accounting was obtained. Additionally, Kelly has hands-on experience as a Volunteer Income Tax Assistant and an Accounting Intern, culminating in a formative background in customer service and employee supervision at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts.
