Philip joined McLaughlin & Harvey in 1998, and is Group Chief Executive.
He graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 1984, and has gained extensive experience of large retail and office developments, stadia, hotel and leisure complexes as well as health and education projects. He has a wealth of experience in working on remodelling older buildings as well as new build schemes, and is familiar with different forms of contract, procurement routes and construction methods.
Philip maintains a ‘hands-on’ involvement in all the day-to-day activities of the company.
He is a Chartered Engineer and a Member of both the Institution of Civil Engineers and the Institution of Structural Engineers.
