Brad Coughlan

Brad Coughlan has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior HR Strategic Partner for McMaster Nuclear Operation and Facilities at McMaster University since November 2018, where also acts as a Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Strategist. Prior to this role, Coughlan worked at Indeed.com as a Human Resources professional from April 2017 to November 2018, and at YMCA of Hamilton/Burlington/Brantford from 2010 to 2017 in various capacities including Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Specialist, and Interim General Manager. Coughlan began a career in human resources as an Assistant at YMCA from 2007 to 2009. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from The University of Manchester and an Honour BA in Labour Studies from McMaster University.
