Wanda McKenna

Wanda McKenna has extensive experience in human resources, particularly at McMaster University, where tenure began in 2003. Over the years, Wanda has advanced through various roles, currently serving as AVP and Chief Human Resources Officer since July 2007. Previous positions include Executive Director, Director of Human Resources, and Director of Employee Services and Support. Prior to McMaster University, Wanda held the role of Manager, Employer Work-Life Support Services. Academically, Wanda McKenna holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management from York University, obtained between 2012 and 2014, and a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Human Resources Management from Memorial University of Newfoundland.
