Matt Weckel

Matt Weckel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product operations and technology. Currently serving as Vice President of Portfolio Operations at McNally Capital since June 2025, Matt is a key member of the value creation team, focusing on portfolio companies in AI, technology, brand, design, and product. Prior to this role, Matt was the CEO and Founder of a Stealth Startup, which was acquired by McNally Capital, and served as CEO and Co-Founder of Neon Wild from August 2020 to April 2025. Additional experience includes a tenure as VP of Product & Design at Fast Radius, Inc., and a series of progressively responsible roles at Magic Leap, culminating in Director of Digital Product Experience. Earlier career highlights include positions at Parsec, Lonelyleap, and Blue Barn Pictures, where Matt contributed as a Lead Product Designer/Developer and Creative Technologist. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law & Society from John Jay College (CUNY) and has completed the a16z speedrun program.
