Prior to this role, Derek worked as a Design Engineer at Exodus Machines Inc from April 2013 to June 2016, providing engineering support for various divisions including BladeCore and Connect Work Tools. Derek holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota Duluth, completed between 2005 and 2015.
