Shelbi Jacobs

Shelbi Jacobs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software application management and guest operations. Currently serving as the Software Application Manager at Mountain Capital Partners since December 2022, Shelbi has also held significant roles at the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum since March 2019, including Reporting & Ticketing System Support and Guest Operations Manager. Previous positions include Scheduling & Logistics Coordinator for the Denver Zoological Foundation, System Specialist for accesso, and Senior Guest Service Agent at Xanterra Travel Collection. Shelbi began a career in guest and member services at ZooTampa at Lowry Park and has experience in auditing and cash office operations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Florida, with ongoing studies at Western Governors University from July 2024 to December 2026.
