Lisa Madden

Lisa Madden is an experienced Human Resources Manager at McPherson Media Group, where Lisa has served as the Group Manager for People & Culture since 2012. With a strong background in HR management, employee engagement, and employee relations, Lisa has demonstrated expertise in enterprise bargaining and risk management. Additionally, Lisa provides strategic support and advice on generalist HR and occupational health and safety issues to the Board and executive leadership. Lisa holds an Advanced Diploma of Management from Goulburn Ovens Institute of TAFE and has completed studies at MLC.
