Mark Cicero has been with McShane Construction Company since January 2007, starting initially as a Cost Analyst before transitioning to a Project Manager role. Prior to their time in the construction industry, Mark served in the US Army from January 2002 to November 2006, achieving the rank of Captain. Mark obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University in 2001.
