Beshoy Paulo started their career in August 2009 as a Service Engineer at Abo Kastour for integrated works, specializing in on-site technical inspection and repair of heavy equipment. In November 2021, Beshoy joined MCV - Manufacturing Commercial Vehicles as a Technical Support Manager, overseeing the launch of the first EV Bus model range in the region. Currently, Beshoy holds the position of Workshop Section Head - EV After Sales Service Project Manager at MCV, where Beshoy continues to lead and manage technical staff in the repair process. Prior to their current roles, Beshoy also served as the After Sales Technical Support Section Head and Technical Trainer at MCV, contributing to the growth of the After Sales business in the largest commercial vehicles enterprise in the Middle East.
