Michael Faez has a diverse work experience in the automotive industry. Michael started their career at MCV - Manufacturing Commercial Vehicles in 2012, working as a Service Advisor until 2015. During this time, they conducted sales and technical trainings, provided technical support, and specialized in diagnostic tools and systems development. From 2015 to 2019, Michael served as a Technical Trainer and Technical Support Engineer, delivering non-technical trainings to service advisors and supporting the company's diagnostic tools. In 2019, they became the Training Team Leader before transitioning to the role of Trucks & Vans Technical Support and Training Team Leader in 2020. In November 2020, Michael joined AL JASOOR as a Technical Trainer until July 2022. Michael is currently the Technical Support Section Head at MCV.
Michael Faez attended Ain Shams University from 2007 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automotive Engineering.
