Dana S. has extensive experience in customer engagement and project management within the technology and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Aftermarket Customer Engagement at MD Helicopters since July 2023, Dana previously held the role of Customer Success Manager at CloudLex, Inc., where responsibilities included product training and facilitating customer transitions. Prior to that, Dana worked as a Project Manager/Migration Specialist at TEKsystems and as a Senior Implementation Delivery Specialist for FRONTSTEPS. Dana's career began at AT&T, lasting nearly two decades, where roles included Senior System Engineer and Professional Technical Architect, focusing on project lifecycle support and defect management. Dana also has a background in international operations with PriceClub, PriceCostco, and PriceSmart, and holds a general studies diploma from Maryvale High School.
