Adam Crampton has extensive work experience in sales and management roles. Adam is currently the Director of Sales for North America at MD-Kinney since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Tuthill Corporation as the Director of Sales for North America from January 2018 to January 2021. In this role, they reported to the Line of Business President and was responsible for managing sales territories, achieving revenue targets, and training and managing Representatives and Distributors. Adam also worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Tuthill Corporation from January 1999 to December 2017, where they managed multiple sales territories, handled large accounts, and achieved revenue and margin targets. Before joining Tuthill Corporation, they held positions at K&K Machine and Sequel Corporation, divisions of Springfield ReManufacturing Corporation. At K&K Machine, they were a Sales Manager from July 1998 to January 1999, responsible for sales activities and increasing profit margins. Prior to that, Adam served as an Accounts Manager at Sequel Corporation from August 1997 to July 1998, where they identified and sold to various automotive and marine distributors and worked on sales and marketing strategies.
Adam Crampton attended Missouri State University from 1992 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. From 1998 to 1999, they pursued Graduate Studies in Business Administration at Webster University.
