Andres Rodriguez is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the power industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager at MD&A since August 2014, responsibilities include overseeing steam turbine and generator outage services, managing estimates, execution, sub-service management, and project closure. Previously, as Proposals Manager at MD&A, duties involved leading sales for turbine seals, driving growth in Latin America, developing customer relationships, and negotiating contracts. Prior to MD&A, Andres worked at GE Power for over nine years in various engineering roles, including Lead Design Engineer for steam turbine structures and Design Engineer for thermal systems and power plant integration. Academic credentials include a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, both obtained from Cornell University between 1999 and 2004.
