Jay Eldridge has a diverse work experience in the sales and marketing, operations management, service management, quality engineering, resource management, technical leadership, international field engineering, and applications engineering fields. Starting in 1992 at GE Power & Water, Jay held various roles including Service Manager, Quality Engineer, Resource Manager, Technical Leader, International Field Engineer, and Applications Engineer. In 2009, Jay joined MD&A as an Operations Manager and later became the Vice President of Sales & Marketing in 2017.

Jay Eldridge attended Union College from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Mathematics.
