Russell Williams is an experienced operations manager currently serving as OSD - Operations Manager at MD&A since June 2019. Previously, Russell held the position of Resource Director for North America at FieldCore, managing a team of 1600 field engineers and resource managers from July 2017 to January 2019. Russell's career at GE includes roles such as Resource Director for PGS North America, Operations Excellence Leader, and various management positions over nearly three decades. Early in Russell's career, an engineering internship was completed at Gulf Power Company. Russell holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Alabama.
