Rumpa Giri

Rumpa Giri currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at MDLand since October 2023. Prior to this role, Rumpa held the position of Senior Director of Product Engineering at AMN Healthcare from January 2021 to August 2023, leading a team of over 60 software engineers on Enterprise Applications for Workforce Technology, enhancing customer support and managing substantial revenue streams. As Chief Technology Officer at ForeSee Medical from July 2017 to August 2020, Rumpa collaborated with the CEO to develop a cloud-native population health platform utilizing Natural Language Processing and Deep Learning on AWS. Rumpa's earlier experience includes Director positions in Software Development at NextGen Healthcare and HealthFusion, a consultancy role at Hospira, and software engineering at Dental Connect and Hughes Software Systems. Rumpa holds an MBA from the University of California, San Diego, along with a Master's in Computer Application and a Bachelor's in Physics from Jadavpur University.
