Chad Heck

Chad Heck is an experienced professional in enterprise service management and business process optimization, currently serving as Manager of the Enterprise Service Desk at MDU Resources Group, Inc. since May 2022. Chad oversees technical support, endpoint management, and training services for the organization. Prior to this role, Chad was a self-employed business consultant and held the position of Business Process Manager at Doosan, focusing on IT process maintenance and design.
