Alejandra Balbuena has a background in journalism and public relations, with experience in various organizations such as The Meadows Foundation, Citrus Advertising, Their Campus Media, NAHJ, and more. With a Bachelor's degree from the University of North Texas, Alejandra has excelled in roles such as Communications Specialist, Campus Correspondent, President of the UNT Chapter of NAHJ, and Public Relations Officer in various organizations. Alejandra's skills include social media management, graphic design, event planning, and outreach.
The Meadows Foundation
The Meadows Foundation is a private family foundation on a mission to improve the quality and circumstances of life for the people of Texas now and in the future. Over the last 74 years, we have given more than $1.29 billion to support Texans through arts, civic and public affairs, education, health, and human services. We also foster our mission by providing collaborative, rent-free office space in the Wilson Historic District to nonprofits serving Texas. The District is a 22-acre campus near downtown Dallas with 27 new and restored, historic structures.
