Jamie de Blok is an experienced project engineer currently working at MECAL High-tech / Systems since February 2021, after previously serving as a CAE engineer at Altran Engineering from January 2017 to February 2021, focusing on suspension design and vehicle dynamics for passenger and commercial vehicles. Jamie's career includes a role as a research assistant at TNO, conducting EURO-NCAP tests for Autonomous Emergency Braking systems, and contributions as a tutor and student assistant at Eindhoven University of Technology. Prior experience includes managing hardware and software testing at TomTom and providing technical support in motocross at JJs Motorsport. Jamie holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology.
