Sifa Sir has been serving as a Business Analyst IT at Mecalac since September 2018, focusing on supporting business needs, participating in decision-making projects, and defining technical and functional specifications. Responsibilities include data processing implementation using Talend, ETL development, API creation and interrogation, as well as Salesforce CRM administration and Power BI utilization. Prior to this role, Sifa held various positions at Mecalac, including Junior Project Manager and Web Developer, and gained experience as a Technical Support Technician. Sifa holds a Master II in Information Technology specializing in Project Management from Ecole IPSSI, along with a Master I in Information Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Web Design from Campus Sciences-U Lyon, complemented by a BTS in IT and Networks from Saint-Michel Annecy.
