Gary Staring graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management, Marketing, and Finance from California State University, Fullerton in 1989. Prior to that, they studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Point Loma Nazarene University from 1983 to 1986. In 2017, Gary completed their Executive Bank Management program at the University of Washington, focusing on the Business of Banking.
