Mia Mazza is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in litigation. Currently serving as Senior Counsel, Litigation at Mechanics Bank since November 2022, Mia previously held the position of Of Counsel, Litigation at Fenwick & West, where representation included significant clients in mass consumer arbitration proceedings. Earlier roles include Senior Counsel at Uber, where efforts resulted in substantial cost savings and successful defense in multiple securities class actions, and Corporate Counsel at The Clorox Company, managing a wide range of litigation matters. Mia's legal career began as a Deputy Attorney General in the California Department of Justice, followed by partnership at Morrison & Foerster LLP, where numerous complex litigations were successfully managed. Additionally, Mia has contributed to legal education as an Adjunct Professor at Golden Gate University and has held various internships in prestigious legal settings.
